Shipping and Return Policy
Each product will display an estimated shipping date. This is the estimated date your product is expected to ship from our facility. Choosing an expedited shipping method does NOT reduce production time. Production time does not include Saturday, Sunday and major holidays. Large orders may require additional time to produce.
Due to the current COVID19 situation, transit times are not guaranteed by the carrier.
Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for lost orders or additional transit time if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address. You have the ability to confirm or change your shipping address during the checkout process.
We shall not be held liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond our control, including but not limited to: the customer providing an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, action or omissions of the public customs authorities or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions, natural disasters or an act of God.
• Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address associated to your account.
• Check your ‘spam’, ‘junk’ or ‘bulk’ email folder if you haven’t received a tracking number.
• Tracking numbers are also available from within your account on our web site.
Cancellations will depend on the size and status of your order. If the order has not started production, then yes, in most cases it can be canceled. If the order has started production or if we had to order additional inventory for your order, you will be charged a 30% materials fee for any item that has already been customized and for any additional inventory we had to purchase specifically for your order.
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not warranty our products against misuse, chemical exposure or abuse of the product.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different product or you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping costs, within 7 business days of receipt of your order.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee excludes orders placed in error on behalf of the customer.
Claims for damaged, incorrect or missing items should be received within 7 business days of receipt of your order. If we produce your order incorrectly because of our error, we will replace the incorrect item(s) at no charge to you or you may return it for a full refund. This includes any shipping charges.
We will not replace an item free of charge if the customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information for the customization of the product.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of the sale. If you made the payment by credit card, we will credit your account once we receive the returned product. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you order the wrong product or if you order a product and provide inaccurate or incomplete information for the customization of the product, that item is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Most of our products are personalized, so they are not returnable because you made a mistake while ordering.
